If you are fortunate enough to find Electric Patrol for your lighting or electrical needs, you'll be in great hands. I called on a Friday morning and Silvestre sent Cesar that afternoon for a free estimate. By Monday night, the job was completed, and I'm very pleased with their work. Silvestre and Cesar are professional and delightful. I will be calling them again for my future electrical needs!

The fact that one of the owners showed up, Silvestre, to give me an estimate gave me more confidence about their service. I needed two outside lights installed in the back yard. Very small job that other electricians ignored or disregard it. This has happens a lot. Many electricians won't bother to even return or don't show up to see the small job. Sivestre was very respectful since I spoke with hime over the phone. I loved the fact that he spoke in Spanish to me too. Next day he had an electrician come over the house and installed the lights. Yes, I would use them again. I like when companies do not discriminate
small jobs. Price was fair and just.

My electrical panel went out and melted the main breaker along with the buss. Called Electric Patrol, and they made it out the same day. They gave me options for either rebuilding what I had or upgrading to more power, with good explanations for both. I chose to have them rebuild the existing panel, and 3 days later (had to wait for parts) it was fixed and good as new. The total came in $250 less than the original quote. These are honest and knowledgeable electricians, and I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Electric Patrol came to work on a plug that was not working and Landscape light not working. We got a proposal on June 12th for the work. They came June 18th. Fixed the plug and fixed our connexion to the electrical panel. Even though the proposal they had given us on June 12th was NOT completed we had to pay the full amount of the proposal!! We agreed they would send us a new proposal to finish the complete Landscape system..changing lights, reconnecting cables not functioning, etc.....We messaged them many times since then. We got several promises that they would send proposal that very night, etc...NOT HEARD FROM THEM UNTIL YET.
DONT BE FOOLED!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I called Electric Patrol as I needed a Tesla charger connected to my home. The entire process of how the charger would be installed and what would be required was very well explained to me and we moved forward to setting a time for the guys to come out to install it. The installation went perfectly and everything works flawlessly. The gentlemen who came out were very knowledgeable, kind, and made sure that things were done right so that we wouldn't have any issues in the future.
