Cisco Electric is a fantastic company to work with. Chris and Francisco came out right away and accommodated our after hours request, despite their operations of standard business hours, as we are a veterinary specialty practice. This allowed for no interruption to our operations. They were extremely thorough and efficient. Pricing is also very fair. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I had an electric cooktop that kept tripping. It was holidays and no other electricians were ready to come. Francisco and Chris came at the scheduled time and tried to root cause the issue. They tested everything and determined the cooktop had gone bad. They even tried to open the cooktop and see if the could fix it. Eventually, we decided to order a new cooktop and Francisco and Chris again came out as soon as we go the delivery, installed it and checked to see if everything worked fine. I know I can rely on Francisco and Chris for our future electical needs.

Professional. On time and punctual. Very reasonablely priced. I would definitely recommend Cisco for installing a charging station for ev. My charger is a plug in not hard wired so he installed a plug for it. He did a good job patching up the holes he had to cut out to run the wires. Even cleaned up very well and my garage is cleaner than before he showed up.

I rate this company a thousand stars!! Our electrician's name is Francisco, and let me tell you! We needed a licensed electrician to come help do a job at our commercial shop to get things up to code. We were stressed and calling around to get an electrician ASAP, but the three that I've called were not able to do it in a timely manor and also wanted charge us an arm and a leg. Being that we had a deadline to meet to finish this project before the inspector came, FRANCISCO came to the rescue.

We called for an estimate over the phone, and he was at the job location within two hours to meet us for a consult. Next morning, he went to obtain the permit at The City of Hayward and went to the job site to do what was needed to be done. He completed the project in three hours. He executed the job and met our goals. Now we are all set to go.

Nothing makes you feel more at ease then having a reliable electrician.

My house power went off, I have called them. Came quickly and found the issue right away. I could see that they have lot of experience, they are very quick and professional.

Once they fixed the issue with the main panel, I have asked them to see, if they can add another breaker that I already have, for my electric car charger. Francisco did it very happily without charging me more.

Overall, I am very happy to use these guys again.

Very nice and hard working guys! Came today to fix one of my circuit breakers. He was very professional and fast; even gave me a short lesson on how does everything work in my electric panel and how did we blow off our breaker. Since electrical stuff to me is like Sinhalese, I appreciate him taking time and explaining each step, wire, switch, etc.
Also, my boys had a playdate at the time of Francisco's visit, and they were quite curious about Francisco's work.
Francisco was able to engage them by asking:"" Could you please bring me some rubber bands and a tape?"" Lol, they were running all around the house looking for the stuff. Once they found it, they told him: "" We are ready for the next task."" And then he would find something else for them to look for. It was so nice of him to do that.
I would, with no doubt, recommend this business to anyone that needs help with any electrical stuff. Francisco is very knowledgeable and most importantly, an honest guy.

Prompt, friendly and courteous service. I just had a new washer and dryer delivered and unfortunately the dryer plug was not compatible with my wall outlet. After not having a dryer for a week, I was desperate to get it taken care of sooner rather than later. Francisco to the rescue...as he was able to come over within hours of my phone call. Excellent work! Francisco went above and beyond to do some wiring and replace a timer. Because we hadn't decided on where a sump pump was going to be located, he gave us wiring for two options and did some additional minor stuff at no extra cost.
