I had Francisco and Junior come by, to see about installing a electric changeover, from a old 1970's 220 volt electric stove setup, to convert to a 110 volt, new gas stove installation, for my wife and I. They were very patient, and professional in their approach to our specific need. We agreed, to their reasonable price, and their plan for implementation. Then they got down to work, I was very impressed by their level of experience demonstrated in the installation process. They changed out breakers for us, and migrated the receptacle box to new locations in the wall, to make room for the new stove, and terminated the connections safely. I will have them come back for future installations. I appreciate their old school honesty and integrity!

Electricians all around the area were booked out for at least 2 weeks, but Francisco made time to swing by within the week to give me a evaluation and quote about installing a Tesla Wall charger. He took a quick look at the panels on our house and made a good suggestion for where would be best to wire it up and came around the very next morning to finish the quick job at a pretty fair price from what I could tell after shopping around for a bit.

Despite his busy schedule he took time to do the job right, even having to run to a local store to make sure he had the right parts for the job. The wiring was channeled and protected in a clean and secure fashion.

He was also very patient and seemed super knowledgeable when answering all of our questions about the install and skepticisms.

Due to the glowing reviews on Yelp, I contacted Cisco Electric. Very friendly guy on the phone, tells me, ""I will do great work for you and you will be SO happy with my service!"" So we made an appointment for him to come look at the work we needed done. Then no call/no show on the date/time we set, and no subsequent call from him to reschedule.

I found Francisco from Cisco Electric on here and he was very responsive. We needed to install a 240v outlet in our new home for an electric stove, and also needed an estimate on getting some of our outlets grounded. He made time in his busy schedule to come out and give us a quote. When he came to our home, he recommended some safety improvements and gave us a great price for all the work. He was able to accomodate us the same day, and finished most of the work. He came back 2 days later to finish patching up the wall.

I like the fact he runs a family business (his sons and family are his assistants) and he seems very honest! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any future electrical work.

My husband and I did not have a good experience with Francisco. He asked for the full payment upfront in cash and started the re-wiring of our new house. We had a good start, he gave us good advice, and even added more lights in the house trusting he would complete the work well and on time.

That was a big mistake, unfortunately. Not only did we have to pursue him for 4-5 weeks to come in and complete the work, our renovation guys couldn't start their work as the electric wires were hanging all around the house, and he ended up arguing with us for calling him every week to complete his work.

The worst part was the attitude that he was doing us a favor and that he was sacrificing all his holidays to work at our place!! It was very unprofessional. The work finally got done when we called the contractor who recommended him. Thankfully some leverage worked here. I wouldn't recommend Cisco Electric if you want to do big jobs like rewiring your house, etc.

We had bad experience with this service. First of all, they were shady about the price and also the jobs they would perform. When they changed the outlets, they did not close some of them and we did not know until after they left. When I called them back to fix some of the lousy jobs they done, Cisco said that he was out of town celebrating some family event and never got back to us. We had to hire another electrician who was more honest and more experience to fix the issues.
