Mr. Mulvey boasts 35+ years in electrical work, with a focus on solar for the past 15 years. He specializes in Construction Management, Support & Permitting, Staff Management, Safety Program Enforcement, Electrical + Solar + Storage Design and Installation, along with Operations and Scheduling. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to installation details.

Mr. Mulvey founded Cinran Electrical Solutions in 2016 as a sole proprietorship, designing and installing over 500 kW of paired storage and hybrid battery systems from inception to completion, including sales, design, drafting, permitting, installation, inspections, NEM, PTO, and SGIP.

As our team grew more robust, Cinran incorporated in 2021 and set up systems to expand our workforce and expertise in large-scale commercial solar and storage projects.
