These guys were great. I found them on craigslist and I did some research on them. Their communication is great and they set an appointment and even showed up early. They did excellent work they installed three ceiling fans in a timely manner and ensured everything was to my satisfaction before they left. I would call them again to do other electronic installations in my house such as a TV mount and such. My installer was James and really helpful.

We arranged for CineMcKay to come out with Faith by email. I had many emails back and forth with Faith re price and appointment times. James did an awesome job. He was very neat and would have been quick but he was feeling quite chatty that day I guess. When all was said and done and I went to pay he said, we don't take checks, CASH ONLY - It's on our website and we stopped taking credit cards as well. This is NOT on their website and was not mentioned - EVER until after they job was done. So, just beware - James does a great job but be prepared to pay cash.

I was happy with my experience with the installer - HOWEVER, I would not recommend contacting this company. ""Faith"" the rep will add you to automated email, text and phone calls. A year later and several requests to be removed later - I still receive unsolicited texts, robo-calls and spam from this company. ""Faith"" is relentless, rude and unprofessional.

Do not work with these people. Made the appointment and did not show. Then lied about the reason. Claimed I didn't give her an address. Her claim was in the same email thread that had me giving her my address and phone number twice.
Completely unreliable and a liar, go somewhere else.
P.S. From what I see on Angie's List about them, they stiffed Angie too.

horrible company rude rude rude. hard up for money will hound you like a dog and threaten you by text for small balance owed to them. not even 24 hours after services done. they didn't even hide cords messy work. donot let them in your home.

Horrible experience! They mixed up my scheduled day to hang a TV, that was only the beginning. I rescheduled and she mixed that up too! I really wanted to put the TV up before the holiday season (expecting guest). When I tried a third time to schedule the woman on the phone said they are closed for 2 weeks during the holiday season. I complained and in response got several rude and arrogant text messages, actually they were harassing text!. OMG! I have not EVER seen anything like it before from ANY business. If this business is legitimate then they need a few courses in customer service. I would not recommend this sham of a company to anyone. They're rude, unreliable and nasty! I will be complaining to Groupon as well. Don't do business with these people, you'll regret it if you do!

I have used the services of CineMcKay on two occasions to assist with furniture building and then accessory installations. They were timely, polite and efficient. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for any handyman needs.

Took 3 weeks to book an appointment.
1st time they did not show up and had an excuse, so I was forgiving and let them reschedule 2nd time, we had appointment for 2pm......then it pushed to 5pm then to 8pm then came with a LAME excuse that they could not make my 8pm appointment at 9pm - yes, that's right, 7 hours after originally planned and on a Saturday - wasted it waiting on them. Gave another LAME excuse that their insurance would not cover it. And they NEVER contacted me on the delay, it was always me checking in with them. They wanted to reschedule a 3rd time......NO THANKS......I fired them over Text messaging because they do not know how to pick up the phone and call.....in the back of my mind I think this is a scam.....I will call BBB on Monday....Like Clark Howard says, Customer NO SERVICE. Faith needs a lot of Hope.
I would not use their service and I will not ever recommend them.

I was in the process of purchasing a voucher for $74 (51% off) on Local Amazon for a 47 Inch TV mount and wire concealment. It stated there was an extra charge for mounting over a fireplace. I went to their website and it showed that the total to install a 47"" would be $269.99 for mounting over a fireplace (with wire concealment). I contacted them via text messaging to get the total price with the voucher. i was told that it would cost $135 plus the voucher which equals $209. I told them that amazon was advertising 51% off. They responded that without the voucher the total due would be $525 and that I was getting more than a 50% discount. I mentioned that quote is not what is shown on their website, it shows $269.99 and that $209 is not 51% off. They responded by saying ""yes and you are getting it for $209."" Seems deceptive to me. They would not explain why there was such a big discrepancy between what they quoted and what was advertised on their website and Local Amazon"". I quickly cancelled my appointment.

I bought a Amazon coupon for wall mount installation for my TV. The appointment was scheduled for yesterday. When I scheduled the appointment they indicated they would call the day before to confirm. I had taken time off work for the appointment. When I got to work yesterday morning I saw they had sent a confirmation email at 9pm. Well I am not a person that lives on email 24/7 so as soon as I saw the appointment I confirmed. They also sent a text at 8:52am indicating they had not gotten a confirmation and wanted to make sure we were still on. I responded promptly and confirmed the 11am appt. I then get a text saying they would have to reschedule me because I did not confirm yesterday. I told them I don't check my email at 9pm..They claim they sent it earlier and an earlier text and a phone call, but I know that did not happen. They then basically accused me of lying...I called Amazon and quickly got my money back. I can see from these other reviews I am not alone. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
