I hereby proclaim Christian the best handyman I've had so far -- and I've had some great ones. I called him on the basis of the Yelp reviews. I had nearly a half dozen things that needed to be fixed, including securing a mirror to a dresser (I didn't know it had been unsecured for 5 years and was a reason I called him), putting in a new thermostat, fixing one screen and making and putting in another, and fixing some shelves etc. He was very fast on his response, did a superb job and after at times trying some of those big handyman companies his price was reasonable. NOW I'm in entertainment and I know sometimes when someone says ""reasonable,"" it means the tendency is to undercharge. No, in the case of handymen (or handypersons) there are companies that do put a big FEE on top. He gets an a plus on response, showing up on time, fixing the problems (including in some ways I didn't think of). HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I'll be using him as THE person if I need the help. Also, he needed a few things and he zipped out the door to the Home Depot neaby, zipped back in -- and as I write this sooooooo much is now fixed in my Penasquitos condo.

Called Chris to handle a shower door install. Did a great professional job. Kept his work area clean, and made sure the shower area was clean once he left. I've also had Chris do some painting and other fixes around the house. Great and reliable... you can't go wrong!

I tried for hours fixing my garage entry door after I gave up I decided to call This place and I am so happy that I did , it only took the guy about 10 minutes. He was fast , easy, affordable, and my dog even liked the guy and my dog is hard to please:-)

Christian did an outstanding job for us. We recently purchased a new range and ""over the range"" microwave. When the appliances were delivered, we were told that they couldn't install our microwave because of a top of the range/bottom of the microwave issue.

I called Christian and he came right over and came up with a viable game plan. He shortened my cabinets (above the microwave), installed the microwave, and retiled in the needed areas.

Christian was the utmost professional and a real pleasure to do business with. We definitely will have him back to take care of some additional home improvements for us.

We really appreciated Christian's willingness to come over and hook our washer and dryer. He also installed a dog door in the door of our utility room. Courteous, on time, and easy to work with. He went the extra mile to help us get the right sized dog door the same day.

He called me within less than two hours, made time to come within an hour after that and fixed a closet door, toilet, garage door, floor molding and doorbell quickly and without any issues.
