Excellent communication! Seriously, hire this guy! I was looking for someone to install an exterior power outlet so I can hang Christmas lights. Chris was responsive and the information on what was needed and the cost was efficiently communicated. We were able to schedule a date and time easily.
Day of: he was prompt and time management was efficient. He is also neat and tidy. Everything looks superb and works!
I will be hiring him again for other future projects.

I hired Chris to put up a security light for the garage. He planned out how he was going to do it so that there would be less problems during the work itself. I am happy with the work. The garage light works great!

I was so happy with his work that I hired him again to add a ceiling can light to my living room. Again - he planned it out in advance, realized there would be a couple ceiling joists that he would have to go through. He put the light in, taking care of the existing ceiling so there would be minimal effects afterwards.

Chris returned my message very quickly. The work was not an emergency, but he set up an appointment that same week. I had a bathroom fixture that went out. It had been put in by someone else. Chris determined the work had been substandard and was in fact a fire hazard. He had all the materials and tools to repair the connections and bring them up to code. He then installed the new fixture and even recommended a higher location to provide better lighting in the room. He was very friendly and it was clear he was an expert in his craft. We have a few more projects lined up and will be calling him back.

Chris did some small electrical and plumbing repairs for me, expertly and efficiently. He helped me understand what was going on with my breaker box. He suggested a way that my limping old vacuum cleaner might be rigged up to work, if I want to keep it out of the landfill for a little longer. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He communicated clearly with me using email, arrived on time and charged me fairly. I highly recommend him.

I called Chris for the removal of a broken over-the-range microwave, and the installation of a kitchen hood. Chris was very responsive, and when he arrived, he saw the scope of the job was much more complex than originally planned.... Upon removing the microwave, he discovered that our kitchen contractor had negligently set up our kitchen venting into our attic, a major fire hazard.

Chris took things step by step. He got into our attic, and hooked everything up safely, as it should be, to our roof vent. He also properly secured the new hood, with a clean stainless steel backsplash.

Now, our kitchen works as it should, and looks like a dream. No smoke alarms going off when we use the range! And all is safe for the family!

We were having trouble finding someone to mount an 85"" TV on the wall for us and thankfully Chris came to our rescue. He was very responsive over email, showed up on time, and did a great job problem solving with the hardware we had to get the job done. Highly recommend him!
