Patrick McCue- My wife and I can not give Chris a/c and company no less than a 10 star rating. After the company that installed our a.c 5 years ago came to repair a breakdown and told us it was a big issue and I should invest in a new unit even with 5 years left on the warranty , I talked with Melissa at Chris's and she told me the repair was not expensive and the unit would be fine and she was right ! 10 star to her and Dakota the tech , who did a professional job saving us thousands of dollars- can not thank you both enough but I can tell the world- they are pro's.

I made appointment for yearly cleaning i am sitting waiting for them they call and tell me no one was there to open gate checked security camera no one ever showed up they lie to customers dont take their word for anything this is 2nd time catching them in lie

for almost 12 years. I've always found their technicians to be friendly and knowledgeable about their job. About 15 months ago we had an entire new system put in and had it's first service in August. This week connection on the evaporator was found to have sprung a leak. After initially telling us that as the unit was so new it would take quite a while to get the part, Chris's was out two days later to replace the part. As it was so close to it's one year warranty they also covered the labor cost and recharging as part of the warranty. I can't say enough good things about these guys. A lot of people use them in our community, most of that business coming from recommendations stemming from good experiences their neighbors like myself have had.

I have used Chris' AC since June of 2018. I was so fortunate to stumble upon this business. Due to an A/C problem that the previous home owner didn't disclose & the home inspection missed, Chris' a/c techs made many visits to my home until I decided to correct the problem permanently.

Not only did they correct the major problem for approximately $300, but they exposed the lies a 24 hr emergency a/c company made (which allowed me to recoup much of the $ I had spent).

This is a small town business w/ small town values. When they say they'll phone, they do. When they diagnose a problem, they do so w/ honesty. They are knowledgeable, professional, and fair. They're also very friendly.

I will not use any other A/C company.

We were not happy with the pricing as they use a flat rate fee and are unwilling to provide a breakdown of labor and parts. I called to get the part price and they will not provide. I was not asking what they paid for the part, simply what they charged me. How much was labor and how much was the part cost? An decent and fair business would provide this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is the absolute worst. We have been living in a rental for the past two years. Our AC has been having issues from day one. Our landlord calls as soon as we let him know there is an issue. The company has promised to show up between a certain time on THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, and never showed up and never called to say they couldn't make it. One of the times that the guy actually showed up, he was very rude. He clicked a few buttons, looked in my attic and told me that it's because my air filter needed to be changed. Mind you, my AC was still not turned on when he left. So, I went and bought a new air filter and put it in. Guess what? My AC still didn't work! So I called to let them know and they never showed up. Finally, I've talked my landlord into using a different company. I wouldn't suggest using this company.

Service scheduled in less than 24 hrs! On time, professional, informative. Kameron was great! Found the problem quickly (bad wiring by the renovator) but checked the whole system for appropriate function. Verified that both heating and cooling worked correctly before leaving. We will use Chris' again and recommend them to others.

I appreciate the quality of service I have received from Chris' AC.

Had service this past Wednesday, 09/28/16, AC not blowing air into the rooms. Tech went into the attic several times to resolve the problem, it was a very hot day & I know even hotter in the attic. The Tech, Jeff, was very professional & explained everything he was doing all with a great attitude and good sense of humor. (May I say he went above & beyond)

The next day, AC unit acting up again, outside unit running, would not shut off. As busy as they are during this time of year, they would send someone back out to fix the problem.
After hours, the Company Truck arrived, not a tech, but the owner himself to resolve the issue.
Turned out to be a faulty switch.
Now Saturday, unit has been running fine.

May I also say, that the office staff are very professional, friendly and answer questions.
Chris' AC was referred to me by the person I bought my house from, he uses Chris' for all his properties.
I have received great service from each employee that I have been in contact with & highly recommend this company.
