Company Overview

Established in 1991, Chinchor Electric, Inc. has focused on communication and integration control infrastructure. Our early projects primarily involved the theme park industry between 1991 and 1999. During this period, we successfully installed, tested, and integrated numerous rides at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Our experience led us into the Water and Wastewater Industry, where we improved our capabilities in PLC integration, power distribution, and control design. Our services include I/O logic, complete fiber optic solutions, and digital and analog installations for full plant functionality.

In 2003, we extended our operations to encompass Roadway Infrastructure. In that year, we secured Traffic Signal Prequalification with the FDOT, a status we continue to hold.

We have functioned as both Prime Contractors and Subcontractors for Roadway projects, focusing on Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) since 2003. Today, we offer an array of services, such as:

We are proud to be a family-run corporation. Founded by Timothy Z. Chinchor in 1986, Tim Chinchor Electrical Contracting became Chinchor Electric in 1991. Since our incorporation, we have developed an impressive track record of satisfied customers.
