Company Overview

Since its founding in 1991, Chinchor Electric, Inc. has specialized in communication and integration control systems. Our early projects primarily involved the theme park industry between 1991 and 1999. During this period, we successfully installed, tested, and integrated numerous rides at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Our experience led us into the Water and Wastewater Industry, where we improved our capabilities in PLC integration, power distribution, and control design. Our services include I/O logic, complete fiber optic solutions, and digital and analog installations for full plant functionality.

In 2003, we extended our operations to encompass Roadway Infrastructure. That year, we achieved Traffic Signal Prequalification with the FDOT and have maintained this status ever since.

We have functioned as both Prime Contractors and Subcontractors for Roadway projects, focusing on Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) since 2003. Currently, we provide a range of services, including:

We are proud to be a family-run corporation. Timothy Z. Chinchor started Tim Chinchor Electrical Contracting in 1986, and in 1991, it evolved into Chinchor Electric. Since our incorporation, we have developed an impressive track record of satisfied customers.
