I contacted Chico Electric for assistance to restore power to my pool equipment so that the pump would work and the pool could be drained for cleaning. A line 250 feet long had to be installed from the well house to the pool equipment. This process was completed quickly and efficiently by Mike Sanderson and his crew. They performed the services quickly, professionally and politely. I have been in the construction business myself for over 35 years. The work was extremely neat and clean. This company is a joke! The tech shows up late, finishes early and bills you for hours he didn't even work. When I refused to pay for what they are trying to charge me they threatened to send my bill to collections. After arguing and calling one of the techs out they agreed to change the amount. But c'mon why play games?! Why can't they be professional and honest?!
