Had this wonderful company fix my ancient bathroom fan and my garbage disposal's wiring! Great people, great value. I really enjoyed how personable the owner is; real stand up guy. I like that I feel like I'm working with a family business. I will use their services the next time I have the need.

We had a GFCI circuit blow this morning that left a good chunk of our house without power. I called Mike at 7 a.m. and he had a crew out within the hour, who proceeded to make the repairs in no time. Fast, friendly, and competent -- will definitely use Cheyenne Electric for future repairs and projects.

John from Cheyenne Electric just left and everything works! Last night I plugged in a whirlpool tub that had not been used for years, and it ran for a minute before shutting off. At first I thought the surge protector it was plugged into had blown. Then I found out the outlet no longer worked. Then that none of the outlets in the room worked. Later I realized all the lights and outlets in the front half of the house were out. I went to check the circuit breaker and found one tripped, but couldn't reset it because it would not move to the off position. The house is 24 years old with all original wiring. I found these guys here in yelp and we called them at about 8 at night and Mike actually answered and said his guy John would be here at 8am. Wow! Fast service! He arrived at about 8:15, determined it was just a bad breaker, replaced it and had everything fixed and done by 8:30! He was professional, friendly, and fast, and I'm so glad we called Cheyenne!

Mike and all the guys at Cheyenne Electric are the BEST! Hands down.
I called on a rainy Sunday night when power to half my house suddenly went out. Mike (the owner) came out himself. We realized that it was a PGE problem and we had to wait to get it fixed, but Mike was able to get us heat (thank god!).
After figuring out that the AMP box on our house had to be replaced and we had to cut through PGE red tape, Mike personally spent a lot of man hours trying to hep us find the right parts and deal with PGE to make sure our family safely got the repairs done.
On repair day the guys were on time (as always), were extremely courteous and polite (especially since I had a sleeping baby), worked fast and were very helpful. I always felt comfortable having anyone from Cheyenne in the house and around the kids. They are a great group of people and Mike really made me feel well taken care of in such a stressful situation. (did I mention the red tape from PGE which was a total nightmare! and Mike was able to help guide us through the whole way)
I highly recommend Cheyenne Electric and from now on they are the only company I will use.

After seeing the reviews on Yelp, I contacted Cheyenne Electric to have the electricity to an old spa disconnected, new lights installed on the front of the house, garden lights installed, and a fixture on the side of the house repaired. Mike Henry was out within a couple of days with a very reasonable estimate. He was very friendly and easy to work with. When the work team came out, they were friendly, professional, and thorough. I am very pleased with the work and the service. I have a plan for a bigger project in the spring and I will certainly be using Cheyenne Electric again,.

I needed to have three small electrical changes made to my home. Mike from Cheyenne came out and gave an estimate. A week or so later he came out to do the work. They made a small change for one plug, which made a lot more sense, and even reduced the final price too. He was on time, professional, and did a good job. I'd use him again.

Wow. Cheyenne Electric has done work for us twice... both outstanding experiences. Most recently, during Christmas week we had a complicated electrical problem arise that impacted our refrigerator among other things. I called after 530pm, they returned my call immediately, and someone came out within an hour. The guy on site (whose name I can't remember) figured it out and fixed it within an hour or so and was very friendly and helpful. He and Mike, the owner, are both awesome.

I'm very picky about any contractor hired for my home improvement projects(I'm a general contractor by my trade-..know how, but have no time to do some projects by myself:)). But Michael is the one of the few contractors that I'll recommend to all of my friends and I will use his him again and again.Reliable,punctual-always on time, professional, clean work-no mess, efficient, flexible(working with my schedule),very competitive.
Five stars is not enough!!!

We contacted Cheyenne after reading some of the other favorable reviews, and we weren't disappointed. They returned my call promptly and had someone out to do the estimate on time (we had a ceiling fan installation which also required running internal wires to an area that wasn't already set up). The installation team was 10 minutes late but called ahead of time to let us know (wow!), and when they arrived they were cheerful, efficient, and highly professional. The invoice arrived promptly and was for the exact amount as the estimate. We will certainly be using Cheyenne again.

Cheyenne Electric was a welcome relief after battling with my home warranty company and their incompetent contractors over my broken AC. First the HVAC person came out and showed me that the breaker was going bad, and transferred the service call to electrical. When I wasn't being put on hold, I was being told by contractors that ""breakers don't go bad"" and that it was probably my AC that was broken, not a bad breaker, or saying they couldn't fix the problem until the following week, even though the weekend promised temps in the high 90s. Finally I got the home warranty co to agree to let me pick my own company to deal with.
I contacted Mike, and he had an electrician out promptly the next morning. The electrician was very friendly, and fixed our broken ac breaker (of course breakers go bad he chuckled!) After the work was done, I contacted Mike and explained my issue with my home warranty company,. He agreed to contact them, and got the authorization number they needed, ensuring I'll be reimbursed for their service call.
If we ever need electrical work done in the future, I will definitely be contacting Cheyenne Electric. They're fast, professional, and great with communication.
