This company was recommended by the City of Concord and they were easy to work with, accommodating, flexible and rates were very reasonable. We had a strange electrical problem that puzzled several electricians but Cheyenne was able to figure out the problem and provide a solution. They were able to arrange an appointment in a timely manner with Jeff and he was very personable and helpful! FIVE STARS. I could not have asked for better service. I spoke Mike on the phone and he had someone to my house with in a day. The electrician who came to the house was polite and professional. The electrician quickly found a remedy to a problem left behind by a previous contractor. Additionally, while in my home all COVID19 safety precautions were followed. That was a big plus for me during these nervous times.

I needed to have some security lights installed, a new ceiling box for a ceiling fan installed, two additional outlets in the garage and a troublesome light in a storage room fixed. I received three quotes and Cheyenne Electric was the best priced and quickest turn around. Mike the owner helped me in the beginning and was professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. Mike unfortunately could no longer assist me after having unexpected health problems. (hope you recover quickly Mike!!) David his son stepped up and my work was completed in a timely fashion and professionally. Neil was the lead electrician on the job and he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company for any electrical work you need, and I am a tough to please customer. I did need a call back for a minor adjustment to the work done and David responded immediately.

I needed to upgrade my main electrical panel from 100 to 200 Amps. I had a very tight schedule to get this work completed and Cheyenne Electric made sure to fit me in. John and David did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. I was worried I wouldn't have power all day but they made sure to get it done within a few hours. They also worked closely with PG&E and the city inspector to make sure everything went smoothly.
