This is the electrician I will be using from here on! My brother-in-law gave me Neal Williams' phone number, and I am so grateful. Neal was completely professional in all of our dealings, from arriving on time for both estimate and job, to cleaning up and leaving my home the way he found it (and that was after quite a messy job!).
Hard to believe, but I was very happy when I got his bill. Actually happy. There had been some changes in what I had wanted so I really wasn't sure how the actual bill would compare to the original estimate. He is very, very fair. In fact, I asked him to fix a couple of plug receptacles, and he told me there was nothing wrong with them, and just tightened them up for me. He could have put new ones in where they were not needed.
Obviously honest, clearly efficient (everything works well!), and on top of that, he's a really nice guy! Thank you Neal!
P.S. I live in West Los Angeles, and it was no issue at all for him to come out here!
