Short story: I felt blessed to have them work in our home!

Luis and his extended ""family"", Sergio, Enrique, David, Brian, Luis' apprentice son and others have just finished a rather large rewiring of our old (former Fraternity) house (4 storeys). They replaced all the ""knob and tube"" with modern, code compliant wiring.

They were impeccably neat, polite, considerate, and honest. Very focused, skilled workers who emphasized quality and efficiency. I never saw them in idle conversation, and they cleaned up and vacuumed every day.

I had some aesthetic preferences and Luis' team followed them nicely and frequently consulted with me on specifics. They often volunteered ideas which were cost saving. And their overall price was quite reasonable!!

I will actually miss having them around.

Chavarria handled my panel service upgrade at my house and did a fantastic job. They handled contact with PG&E - which was royal pain, and they handled permit and inspection with City pf Piedmont. I enjoyed working with them. Very responsive and great work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Super happy with the quality of work. I asked for a 240v hook up and a sub panel for my shed. The distance from the main panel to the shed was quite long and a tight squeeze but they made it happen without hesitation. There was a mix up with the receptacle but it was fixed quickly, no questions asked and no extra charges.

I contacted this business and Juan replied within 30 minutes of my message. The light switch in my mother's kitchen was not functioning and it was causing problems with the use of the kitchen.
He scheduled an appointment the next morning. Arrived on time, made needed repair. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended!

Luis does excellent work! He came to upgrade our main electrical panel as well as the sub panel which had been under recall. He also installed an EV charger in our garage. He is very responsive, leaves the work area very clean, and is an all around nice guy. He has done work for many of my neighbors and I would highly recommend him for any electrical projects!
