Always on-time, and do great work. We've used these guys all the time at my office but they don't do residential work. that's too bad because they're a wonderful group of guys who really take price in their work and it shows!

My landlord called Chateau Electric Inc to check out the power serge in my apartment. The man was very friendly but did not bring a voltage meter to make sure i was getting a steady flow of electricity. He simply looked at the box in the kitchen and said every thing looks good their but there are to many sockets on one line. He advised me to spread out my equipment to other outlets. Not one of my instruments was directly plugged into the socked. I used a power strip and there was no issue their. After the man left. He said he would tell the landlord office the same thing. He did not do so.instead he put in his report that the cause was my guitar power amp. This man was in my apartment for 18 minutes, and charged me a bill of $440.00 dollars. In his report was no time started or ended. Nor did he tell me any type of hourly rate. I find this to be quite disturbing and i will take legal action if he does not reduce this horrendous price. I was referred to this company by Dscheme Studio (www.Dscheme.com). Our condo has had problems with its electrical outlets since we purchased the property. With just a couple emails with Mark, an appointment was set and within days, our outlets were fixed! Mark was always very easy to communicate. Nick came out to Fremont to look at our outlets and fix them, and did a wonderful job.

We were very pleased with their quality of service and highly recommend this company to others. We will likely be utilizing their services one more time as we are considering some new lighting at our condo soon!
