Christian is skilled, intelligent and kind. The previous home owner was DIY ambitious throughout the house, which I feared extended to the electrical system. Christian did a thorough inspection, clearly explained and presented the dangers he found, and made recommendations and repairs to this old house. I gained peace of mind from the work he did, and a smile for the day due to his kindness and professionalism.

Master Electrician Christian Chase just came out to my home to diagnose and repair an electrical problem i was having that I, although being fairly mechanical minded, was unable to resolve. Much to my delight Christian came in, assessed what the problem was in about 15 minutes, and completed the repair. Besides being quite professional, Christian is very cordial and pleasant, explaining what the problem was as he was completing the repair. I never would have figured it out own my own. I highly recommend Christian Chase if you want the job done quickly and correctly.

Had a very good experience even though we didn't use him for service. He was booked up till the next week and made some good recommendation on what the problem might be and how to fix it. He also gave referral to another very nice company which was also helpful. Would try to use him again when he is less busy. hopefully.

Christian Chase has been our go-to electrician for several years. He is always responsive and easy to schedule. He is very knowledgeable and professional, plus he does a great job. On top of that he's very pleasant and personable and easy to work with! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for all your home electrical projects!!

Excellent company. i called and Christian came out and repaired several electrical problems in my house including removing a defective ceiling light fixture and installing a new one.
He was professional, courteous, informative and did excellent work.
I highly recommend him and will call him anytime i need help with electrical problems. i have already recommended him to my family and friends.

If I could give him more than five stars I would. Most of us deal with these service providers and think ""good"" or ""good enough"". But Christian at Chase took customer service to an extraordinary level!

First, I was trying to get someone out the same day. When I told him of my problem he tried walking me through a few tasks over the phone to make sure it wasn't something I could fix myself. He was trying to save me time and the money of having him come out. Most electricians would have just gone straight for the pocket book. Next he kept me in the loop on when he'd arrive. Then when he got here he was happy to answer my questions and explain what he was doing so I could understand. Then he noticed that my the delivery men had not installed my dryer cable correctly and offered to fix it for me. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.

Just like the average ratings here...5-STAR without question. Christian is a good guy, good communicator and GOOD EDUCATOR! He solved an issue with a circuit that stopped working (because of something I did as a homeowner...) Not only did he fix the issue, he taught me a couple of new techniques for wiring in case I had the same issue with another part of my house in the future.

Christian called the night before to confirm the appointment. He called prior to the appointment stating he was running a little late...he texted to say he was near the home prior to arrival. Love the communication alone!

Wish he would have more reviews from people that use him because good people deserve good reviews (especially when it is hard to find good, honest tradesmen sometimes).

Christian easily deserves the 5-star rating he's averaging here. I've had him out for a couple of jobs now (one fairly simple and a second a little more involved). He's thorough, detail-oriented, and explains the job to you as he's going along to ensure you're comfortable with the work and cost. In terms of his customer focus, he's great - responsive to phone calls or texts, which sounds easy enough but isn't always the case with a lot of folks. Plus, Christian is just a really interesting guy to chat with while he's working. All around good experience.

Honestly, I had a really great experience. Christian Chase is a very knowledgeable and personable guy. I called him out to a new rental property I just moved into - we couldn't get our 3 prong electric dryer outlet to work, despite resetting our interior breaker box & GFCI outlets. I didn't want to waste any time fiddling with it myself, so I did a little research and found Chase Electric was close to my house. I left a message on a Friday night, thinking it would probably be a couple days before I heard back. NOPE. Got a call from Christian on Saturday afternoon saying he normally doesn't work on weekends, but would gladly come out to take a look at our situation.

He was in and out in under two hours - he was able to very quickly isolate the problem (we had a dead circuit breaker) and didn't mind my fascination in watching & chatting with him while he worked. As another reviewer mentioned, he went to art school at RISD - so yes, this guy's really cool. Anyway, once he replaced the breaker he went step by step through what he did, keeping me informed about any changes, then went back through the house to double check that everything was in working order. Perfection.

Highly recommend. Not only did he take time out of his weekend to help me, he was also very fast and extremely thorough. And obviously it helped that he had a great personality :) Thanks, Christian!
