Paul and his team installed 13 can lights throughout my house. He and his entire team were great! They were on time and quick. Cost was very reasonable and they were extremely accommodating when I wanted to add 5 can lights at the last minute. They made sure to not make a mess by moving furniture/covering with plastic and cleaned up any little mess that was made. Highly recommend!

I worked with Chase Electric on two occasions and had good experiences. Cricket has been helpful with scheduling and Paul and his team do great work. Paul made the process of upgrading from 100 to 200 amp service as easy as possible by handing state and city permits and coordinating with PG&E. At the same time, Paul helped us change out multiple electrical panels (incuding labeling) and exterior lights. We have not had any issues and appreciate being supported through a rather complex process.

They no showed on my scheduled appointment. I called and emailed them.
They finally called back an hour later with excuses. There was no reason for them not to have contacted me immediately when they knew they would not make the appointment. Terrible customer service.

I wish I could recommend Chase Electric because Paul is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and genuinely nice. His team is also nice, but execution is lacking, and it puts the customer in the position of doing quality control.

Examples from an electrical upgrade and related work include:
- Installing multiple outlets upside down
- Missing outlets that were in scope (even though electrical appliances were right in front of them)
- Installing an outdoor outlet that nothing can be plugged into without tripping the circuit
- Not completing panel labeling - so when that outdoor outlet is tripped, it requires turning off all the breakers and then turning them on again to figure out which one governs that outlet
- Mounting a transformer for outdoor lighting crooked on the outside of an historical home - didn't use a level when drilling into stucco

Chase did offer a $200 credit for installing the transformer crooked. However, with an electrician, I really wanted someone focused on the job - not a credit.

I called Chase Electric to relocate a wall outlet behind my stove. The next day they returned my call and that afternoon Paul was at my house getting the work done. Fast and easy. I'd use them again.

So far so good. There was an intermittent fault in the line servicing GFI (and other) outlets in the Bathrooms. It blew out completely when my family visitors wound up using a hair dryer, portable heater, washer, dryer and who knows what else. I sent an email on Thanksgiving Sunday and called Monday morning. They sent out a tech who quickly isolated the problem to the electrical panel, one worn out switch controlling those GFI outlets which are near water in the baths. That switch showed it's age as it wouldn't ""hold"" when I tried to reset it. He didn't have a backup older type switch to swap out so did a jerry-rig (but I assume safe) bypass and said he would be back the next day to complete the repair. I appreciated the prompt, professional response.

I have to give a BIG shout out to this company. They did all the electrical needed to put in my spa. Did a great job. Their customer service is 5 STAR as well as their work. They went over and beyond helping me with a couple I issuesi had months after initial installation. Please note (my) issues. Being a single mom I am pretty good at figuring things out but sometimes the simplest things can be a challenge which I hate admitting. Need a handyman on call lol. They went over and beyond making sure their work was ok and of course when they got here everything
worked correctly.

I apologize for wasting their precious, valued time.
So the least I can do is refer them to many friends and post a raving, awesome review!!!
