Cesar, of Charm Electric, replied always replied promptly to to the yelp and email messages. He was responsible and available to come when asked to. The kitchen circuit breaker had failed to trip when my wife and I were simultaneously using over 20 amps in the kitchen. I replaced all the circuit breakers (which I felt was old and faulty) and outlets, and plugs, looking myself for where the problem was. I had thought it was in the wiring in the walls and knew I needed a professional electrician to safely do the repair/rewiring as needed, because it was beyond my own handyman skills. Cesar came, and he gives free estimates. He quickly found the wiring problem. It was something I had missed, a ground wire had somehow failed, but he repaired it quickly, right on the spot. Both Cesar, and his brother/assistant, were very pleasant and polite. I felt very comfortable and at ease during their time in our home. The cost was only $75 for the labor to repair the ground wire's connection. I would certainly contact him again should I need any more electrical work in the future.
