Home Depot couldn't install a new dishwasher I purchased because our current one was hardwired so I needed an electrician to install an outlet. I initially called elsewhere to get a quote and was told a rough estimate and asked to text the person my info and they would get back to me with a date.

I decided to call Charles Young. Carrie was super helpful and took down all my information. Charles gave me a call shortly thereafter and asked for additional information. He explained to me what was needed and I appreciate that he took the time to ensure I understood what to expect.

These guys were true professionals. The new home we bought had a number of issues upon move in. Our outlets were reverse polarized, we had unsafe ceiling lights, ungrounded outlets, ceiling fan switches that were backwards, and the bathroom had NO OUTLET! This company saved the day. Super happy with my experience with this company! I received a few quotes from various companies with the request from Yelp - and Charles was more personable in trying to provide a quote than the others. Pricing was lower than what I received from other companies, and communication was great. They installed my recessed lighting, and also fixed some of the electrical issues I had with some other lights we tried installing ourselves. They also put up our new fan in the family room that we couldn't figure out. All four guys that came out were extremely polite, good with our kids whom they had to work around, and just overall super nice guys! We are super happy with the work we had done, and are already planning to have them back to install two more ceiling fans and lighting in our kitchen and bedroom as well. I wouldn't even think twice about getting a quote or calling another company for any future electrical needs.
