Well, I had an electrical issue that I could not figure out on my own. Got a friend to come over and still nothing got resolved. Finally, I decided to use Yelp. First place that contacted me..Told me their rates. An hour and 45 mins later, all fixed. George was a great guy and showed me what he did. Took a little longer since he checked all the outlets upstairs for wear. Happy with results and will use again.

Really fantastic experience! We were having some electrical problems where we were losing power to half the house. We tried to tackle the problem ourselves by doing some research and visiting Home Depot for stuff we thought we needed to fix and problem . Hoping the entire time we wouldn't electrocute ourselves... found out the problem wasn't what we thought. I reached out to a handful of electricians on yelp and Charles Young was the first to respond within minutes with an estimate. We were able to schedule a service call the next day and he came out on time and fixed the problem right away . So awesome ... house is now warm and light again :) Thanks Charles Young taking away the darkness.

Received a call from my Tenant saying several wall outlets were not working along with the motion sensing light on the front porch. Called several electricians front Yelp, but those with ""excellent reviews"" were all booked and unavailable. (understandably)

On my final attempt I connected with Charles Young at Charles Young Electric and was fortunate to get someone to go out that same day. The Technician called me 30 minutes before arriving. Troubleshooting & repairs were completed in about an hour for a very reasonable rate. Charles called me later as a follow up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will definitely use Charles Young Electric again for my electrical needs.

Very satisfied with these guys. We had an electrical problem that had us baffled all weekend. I gave them a call and they were at the house in less than 3 hours. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in about an hour! Super super happy with Charles Young Electric! Thank you again!!!

I highly recommend Charles Young Electric. I called the company on a Monday morning to request an estimate. Charles was able to give me an estimate that day just by having me describe the work needed and by sending a couple pictures via text message. I got the estimate back within minutes and the price quoted was extremely reasonable. I decided to have them take the job and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I was blown away by how fast they were able to get me the estimate and schedule the appointment.

The next morning three gentlemen from the company arrived promptly at the promised time. They we very friendly, professional, and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure the job was completed exactly how I wanted it.

I had them install a level 2 electric car charger and put in a ceiling fan. They got both jobs completed and thoroughly cleaned up in about 2.5 hours. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and will have them back soon to put in some recessed lighting.

These folks are fantastic, I had a relatively small job involving replacing electrical switches and had a very hard time finding anyone to do it.

Luckily I found these folks, ""No job too big or small"" and I am sure
happy to have found them.

Communication was excellent, Technician showed up on time, did an excellent job, he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and that really made a difference. Do not hesitate to use this company!

Charles Young was able to get our job done less than a week after we first contacted them, and at a competitive price. The workers actually showed up an hour early because their previous job was finished sooner than expected. They finished our job in a reasonable amount of time and even were able to add something that we had not requested initially. The only problem was they left the site without cleaning up everything thoroughly (hand prints and smudges on the walls and ceiling, pencil marks, and a chip in the ceiling drywall); however, when we reported this, Charles Young promptly sent a worker back to finish cleaning up the jobsite. We are very satisfied with the result.

Supports military/veterans and did an excellent job! I told Charles about my military service over the phone and he gave me a discount and also sent 3 electricians to complete the work (only charged for two) - they were fast and professional! Did an awesome job at installing my chandelier (aluminum to copper wire connection) and hung it perfectly. Wife loves it and I'm very satisfied with not only the service, but the customer service. Would recommend to anyone, especially military and veterans!
