I asked Stephen for quote to install a level 1 charger using a single dedicated gfi outlet that is found in kitchens and bathrooms. Its draw of electricity would be overnight when appliances and most outlets in the home would not be in use. We agreed on the price and an appointment was set for ten days from then. Two days before the appointment I received a call that he needed to reschedule until after the holiday. Stephen said he would contact me but did not. I waited another week but he did not call. When I called him he said he would not be taking the job. I have both the space and power on my new breaker box and all electrical in my home updated to code. He wasted a month of my time as I stopped looking for an installer. Stephen should have been upfront when he cancelled the first appointment. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
