I've used him before so he was my first call when I needed several lights and outlets installed on the outside. He took the trouble of running a switch to the door inside the garage so it was more convenient for us. Fair price and solid work!

Having been in property management for over 23 years I can honestly say that I have never met an electrician with greater knowledge and more Integrity than Todd.  He always has his customers best interests in mind and that means he will not cut corners. And he will take the time to explain to you why such and such is not the best application or the best idea or perhaps even not to code. If you want something done absolutely perfectly right, so that you can have peace of mind, then Todd is the person to call.

We had a near-disastrous electrical problem at the outlet of our dryer, so we called Todd based on his reviews. He came out, determined that the breaker was overloaded. He replaced the breaker, the outlet AND the cord connected to the dryer in record time and was very affordable. He may come off as a little rough-around-the-edges, but he's skilled, knowledgable and honestly, pretty funny. Definitely recommended.

When I called to set up an appointment, they were extremely disrespectful, rude, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them with my business. I've NEVER written a Yelp review, and I'm sad that my first one has to be a bad one. Chaney, you lost out on a lot of money here. VERY POOR communication skills on your part.

I own a couple of aging apartment buildings that are in dire need of electrical redo. I called Chaney electric and Todd came out and assessed the situation which needed new panels and a few other electrical needs. I received a very fair reasonable quote and the job was done the next day. Todd had a lot of inventory so no need to wait for parts. I have called him back several times for various other electrical problems and he has been very prompt and professional. I will keep using Chaney electric. Highly recommend
