We had a Generac installed by Chandler Electric in January 2023. They showed up on time (during that huge rainstorm in January) and had the entire installation done in one day -- and even included all of the paperwork that would be necessary for the County.
They were working under poor weather conditions, but still took all the time necessary to explain everything to us, going out of their way to make sure we understood everything.
I would give the a 10-star rating -- with 10 being above and beyond the minimum.

We couldn't be happier with Chandler's work planning for and installing our Generac generator!

The Chandler team was very responsive with communication as we planned for our Generac generator. Even we had to leave a message, our call was returned super fast. The Chandler team handled all the required city permits and timed installation out accordingly.

The installation team arrived on time and was super professional. If questions arose, they explained the why and how of what they were doing in a chill friendly manner. The generator and wiring was done in about 4hours and with minimal noise heard inside the house. They left permit paperwork in a secure plastic bag where the city inspector could easily locate when they arrived without needing to ""bother"" us.

Once the permit was signed off, a second quick appointment and we were 100% connected and ready to rock should we lose power.

We highly recommend the Chandler Electric team!

There is no way I can describe that they have done for us. Yes there was 1 minor minor headache - the County - but then the county always causes headaches! LOL

The install, the service and everything else was incredible. As a retired Construction Inspector of 23 yrs., yes I kept an eye on everything they did and I will say that I never found any fault with any of the work they did.

They are my directly on the top of my recommendations list for anyone who needs this work done!

After seeking proposals from 3 other companies, we decided to work with Chandler Electric to install a 22kW Generac standby generator. The entire process from start to finish was great. Justin was responsive and patient in answering all of my questions and his team was very professional when they were on site for the install. We had one issue not too that required a service call and I was really impressed at how diligently they worked to get it resolved. I met with Justin Chandler for an estimate to install a Generac generator. He was not only on time but was one of the most professional electricians I have met with in a long time. p.s. I am a retired electrician for more than 30 years.
He price the was most competetive and included everything from what extra would be needed to the inspection.
His electricians and plumbing installers were the most professional and had the system installed turn key with expert craftsmanship, which I watched.
The other part that made my experience pleasant was interacting with their CFO, Heidi. She explained everything so perfectly and gave me options for financing , that helped me know this was the place to do business with.
This is without the best Electrical Contracting Contractor that I have had the privilage of dealing with. Is there a better rating than 5 Starts I would give it to them.

We inherited a Generac home generator with the home we purchased two years ago. I used Chandler in 2021 when the oil cap came off and leaked a bunch of oil; they cleaned everything up so it looked like it was brand new, and performed a service on the generator. I used them again this year for a yearly maitanence service on the generator & would highly recommend them.
