They came out within one day of me speaking with them about installing a Nema 14-50 outlet. They were quick, very friendly and able to answer any questions I had. He was very courteous and willing to answer other electrical questions I had. I will not hesitate to use them again for any electrical need.

We had the house main feed lose one of the leads from the CenterPoint box to the meter on a Friday, meaning only 1/2 of the house had power. Used another company to trouble shoot and then called around for bids. Chams was the low bidder by a considerable margin and chose them for the replacement. They showed up Saturday morning right on time to start the work. They finished the work when they said the would (on Saturday) and for the price quoted. Great communication so we knew what was happening at all times.

Hard to say enough good things about them. Chams will be my ""go to"" for all electrical work in the future, could not be happier with their service and work. Definitely a customer for life.

The crew showed up and installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage for a reasonable price in a little over an hour. If I were doing the job I would have run conduit down the side of my house to install the outlet since that was easiest, but they went the extra mile to route it through the attic for a cleaner install. No mess and great quality.

I found out about Chams Electrical Services from the Tesla website and from the Houston Area Tesla Facebook group. I contacted them about getting an outlet put in for the charger for a Tesla that I purchased. I can't say enough great things about this company! Cheikh (""Shaq"") Gakou was extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and competent. He did everything that he said he would within the guidelines that were quoted to me. They were no surprises or hidden fees. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I'm really happy with their services and would recommend them very highly to anyone. He did such a great job with the Tesla charger, that I asked him do some other electrical work in the house. He gave me a extremely good rate and was able to complete the additional work the same day. Great work overall! Great company! Very highly recommended!
