Our a/c went out, and the electrical box on the side of the house started sparking. I called Chambers Electric, and John came out the next day on a weekend to give an estimate of $1800 to repair. He told my husband that he could come the following Friday evening (a week later) to do the job and that it wouldn't take him long. That Friday evening came, and we heard nothing. When I reached out to ask if he was still coming, he just replied, ""I had an emergency call, sorry."" Never heard from him again. If he did not want the job, he should have said so, so we weren't waiting another week just to have to find someone else. It is unprofessional to make an appointment and then not even communicate that he was never coming out.

Had a home inspection done and they mentioned a ""Double tap"" had no idea what that was, so when changing insurance companies that report was give as proof of condition of my home. All was accepted till they saw that wording ""Double tap"", said I had to repair before insurance approved. Called a local electrical company and they quoted $3000 to update my entire breaker box. John Chambers of Chamber Electrical LLC came, gave bid of $350 to simply wire in another breaker to existing box to solve. Very kind, polite and fast service will use they again for sure. I had two front porch ceiling fans to be put up. Owner, John Chambers answered my call, gave me a reasonable quote and told me to text him my address and what I needed done. He was able to come out two days later and put them up. Very nice and work was well done. Will be using his service again in the future.

Called when my well suddenly stopped working - 110 v instead of 220v. It was quitting time. John showed up promptly as promised, diagnosed the issue, and installed a temporary wire so we would have water throughout the night. Explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. Nice to have a professional show up and do the job properly unlike the idiot who put the problem connection buried underground with regular wire nuts and lots of electrical tape. Wonder we weren't killed with all the rain we have been having.
