Although I left a good review initially, I am now giving this company one star due to their lack of professionalism and follow up. We had an issue with the charger that this company installed. My husband called Nick, and Nick indicated that he would come check out our issue the following day. The following day no one shows up, no one calls us letting us know that they aren't going to be able to make it. My husband texted Nick and called Nick, and his texts and calls were ignored. I called Nick immediately after using my phone (obviously from a different number), surprise surprise - he answered and apologized and said it was a busy day and he would try to squeeze us in the next day. The next day rolls around and again, no one showed and ZERO follow up. At this point I realized that they are unreliable and do NOT guarantee their work. We asked another electrician to come by and check out the issue, it turns out some of the wires that Chamberlin Power installed were loose. I definitely do not recommend a company with poor customer service and that does not guarantee the quality of their work. I've noticed a couple of others have had similar experiences based on other reviews below. Simply unacceptable.

Nick came out to give me a quote. He was very prompt and gave a reasonable price. But when I followed up to hire them for the job, no one responded to any calls or texts. He just disappeared. It's like the company just went out of business or something. Don't waste your time with them.

Very bad experience. We installed wall charger end of June. Since it has four and half months. I have not received my permit. I have called them more than 10 times.

Very bad experience. Installation appointment for Tesla charger scheduled 10 days in advance. No show. Doesn't answer text messages, doesn't return calls, no explanation, no apology, nothing. I'm goin to report this ""company"" to Tesla with request to remove them from the Tesla installers list. Tesla itself has very bad reputation for customer support and installers like this one do not make it better.

Nick and his crew were very professional, they arrived on time and did a great job. I am very happy with the work they did at my residence. They installed a nema 14-50 outdoor outlet to charge my electric vehicle. I would highly recommend chamberlin power to all my family and friends.

This Company is professional & great at what they do!! Scheduled a last minute appointment to install my Tesla charging unit in my garage & they fit me in. Plus I live all the way out in Azusa...long commute but they got here on time. I appreciate their communication & keeping me updated. The entire process was so easy & cheaper than going thru Tesla!! Highly recommend this Company!

Chamberlin Power installed my Nema 14-50 outlet in very neat, highly professional, clean manner. I had contacted other companies, but they put too much drama in the process: some asked technical questions, asked for pictures, measurements, and other things that made the transaction difficult. Nick, on the other hand, gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost over the phone, came over, game me a final estimate, and got the work done after I gave my approval. Others wanted everything in a silver platter at their own peril. I highly recommend this company. Nick makes everything plain and simple.
