We have used Claudio several times and have always had excellent experiences. Recently we had a malfunction of an under cabinet light. I asked Claudio for help. He came to our home, removed the fixture, took it to his distributor for a warranty replacement and reinstalled a new fixture all in the same day! CGS Electric was great! We had them completely rewire our home, put in a new electrical box and move a power line. I can't say enough good things about them. Claudio (the owner) is great, answered all of my questions and would get back to me right away if I called.

They gave us a really good price, were here everyday promptly at the time they said, and finished the project quickly and beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier with their work and will certainly use them for all of our future needs.

Claudio has been my go to electrician for over 5 years. He's exactly the type of contractor I like to work with: a reliable owner / operator who performs the work himself and shows concern for all the details to get the job done right.

He's sophisticated enough and has well-trained help to do the big jobs with precision, such as electrical for a kitchen remodel, replacing old aluminum wiring throughout our whole house, and many other jobs he's done for us over the years. But he's also available and is very responsive if we have a smaller need or quick fix.

His prices are also fair and reasonable. Not the cheapest, but certainty much less than larger contractors and other price gougers out there. And importantly, he's also a nice guy with a good attitude with roots and family right here in Huntington Beach.

I've written positive reviews about CGS + Claudio elsewhere but wanted to share my experiences with Yelp reviewers. I've hired Claudio on numerous occassions to fix a wide range of electrical needs around the house. He even performed work (running ethernet cabling) that was out of his skill range but picked up the skills to complete the task to perfection.

Claudio is the BEST in the business. His work is of the highest quality. His level of professionalism, honesty and integrity have surpassed any contractor I've ever hired in the past. He does things beyond his call of duty as you'll find out when you hire him. That makes him my hero. Thanks, Claudio for you help!

Best of the best! Claudio has integrity and knowledge. He is very particular about the work performed by his team and inspects everything they do. I have hired him several times for work ranging from installing new electrical outlets to recessed lighting, ceiling fans, landscape lighting, repairs to lamps, new garage lighting, etc. A bonus - he is really nice, too, loves pets, his family and life.

An experienced journeyman, you always get high quality work at a fair price. It is SO much better than those people who run ads on TV and dispatch guys who are pressured to sell you stuff you don't need at inflated prices. The reason Claudio is so busy is that he gets so many referrals - he is worth the wait, and you'll be glad you did.. If you belong to Angie's list (where I found him), you'll see he has received a ton of excellent reviews and awards.

Claudio and his team always do excellent work, clean up after every job, and charge a very fair price.

CGS has done a lot of work for me over the last few years. They replaced all of my old 2-prong plugs with 3-prong plugs; installed indoor and outdoor lights and fixtures; and ran a new dedicated line for my office.

Most recently they moved a 220v outlet for my new clothes dryer and changed out the 2-prong plug that we had forgotten behind the washer.

I highly recommend CGS. I have an old house that has original wiring, and was looking to install a new circuit and some grounded outlets. Claudio and his team (Adam) were talented, relaxed and skilled. They were very easy to work with, a pleasure to talk to and were down to earth people. Easy going, yet professional. Completed the job and even cleaned up afterwards. We even changed plans a little bit as we went along, and they still came in under the estimate. I would definitely hire them again for any future electrical work.
