Kaci seems like an honest guy during the consultations, but please do not be deceived. He is very unreliable.After one month, the project he promised to do in 4 days was barely done and the quality of work is subpar. I had to get other people to redo the work he did and he kept the 50% down payment. if you looking for stress, unfinished work and all around scammer, then he is your guy. All the other reviews of how unreliable he are not far from the truth.

This guy took my money used galvanized tin on my roof which from the very being I told him I did not want. He use metal to metal lag bolts on my tin which is wrong. All the time blew off he had cut my skylights out and it rained my kitchen was flooded . I ask for recipes and this guy Act like he's doing me a favor he has no clue of what he's doing he also wanted to work on my roof at night and I think he was hi on something

Terrible company!!! Asks for entire pay up front, completely tears up your area they are working on, takes months to ""finish"", and does terrible work. When they say they're done, all the blame is put on the employees taking no responsibility for their poor work and long time frame, or blames the customer saying he's doing you a favor by doing it so cheap. Stay away!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

My first contact with Cgd was May 29. Our agreement was verbal, and later followup telephone calls were always pleasant. However, I've been waiting two months for them to repair a recliner and replace two ceiling lights with new ones. As of July 26, phone calls to the office have gone unanswered, and there is no ""voice mail"" available. My text messages requesting confirmation from him that he intends to complete my projects have gone unanswered. I shouldn't have waited this long, but he was waiting for a chair part to be delivered. His delay has also resulted in the ""return policy"" on the new light fixtures to expire, so I'm hoping now that there are no problems with them. My search for a new contractor has begun.

I recently had work done on my outdoor patio. Casey from CGD Services came though with an amazing job building us a beautiful covered granite bar and grill. His estimate was very reasonable and the quality of work was impeccable. I highly recommend him.
