Don't call this company!! It used to be McBride Electric but I guess it was sold to these inept bumblers.

1. They arrive on the wrong day.

2. When they do arrive, the driver crashes into the clearance bar with it's dimensions listed when he goes to the wrong entrance at my condo complex .

3. Try to call the electrician and his voice mail is not set up yet.

4. Good luck trying to get an invoice from these idiots. I had to call them 13 times to get a simple invoice. They don't give handwritten invoices. Their response to the invoice question?
Transfer then disconnect. The electrician who visits types it in his ipad and said he emailed it to you.....never received.

You're better off calling the 3 Stooges to do anything for you.

Total nightmare.

McBride has always done good work for me. Their electricians are good and know their stuff. I've used them about 8 years at different properties. So this should be a 5 star review. The reason it's not is their scheduling problem. Unless you agree to an 8 am appointment you have to wait at home and accept anytime between 9 and 5 pm. Twice now I've waited at a property from 9:30 am until 5. Today they showed up at 5:10 pm. My appointment was to fix a GFCI outlet. Guess what was the one thing they guy didn't have in his truck....a GFCI replacement outlet. He was nice, ran to Home Depot and came back. He got the job done and that's great. But if other service companies can schedule within 2 hours or 4 hours, so can McBride. It's a huge inconvenience.

Their on call electrician ( TIM) was VERY unprofessional not showing up when he said he would, did not return calls in a timely manor, left me waiting for two hours after he said he would be there in 45 minutes. Call someone else I you really need help.
