When my AC went down, this was the only person who responded. He was fast, and efficient and did every test he could to troubleshoot my AC. Unfortunately for me, it was a unit computer issue that takes ordering and waiting for. It's out of our hands. But he told me he'd help me every step of the way. Roland at Certified Electric did a great job removing old ballasts & florescent tube lights and installing cam lights. We are loving it. The nice thing is he also does tape & texture, so I didn't need a second contractor! He is very clean & neat in his work. He is also patient with clients & gets the job done.
Be prepared the best prices are cash as the credit cards have added a surcharge. He prices accordingly. Good work. Fairly priced.

Roland has installed a Generac whole house backup generator for our family since we have had to face outages where we live. We had 3 bids for the job and while he wasn't the least expensive, we went with him since he agreed to bid the job for labor only; he was the least expensive. The work was completed quickly and on budget. We had some issues with the inspection, but Roland had the supervisor come out to explain the situation. Everything was cleared by the supervisor and the job was completed. He programmed and checked everything, added circuits later, and was available for communication whenever we asked questions. We have had the Generac since the summer of 2020 and it has run 3 times without issue. We are very happy to have this extra level of protection since we have two fridges & one freezer, do remote work & virtual learning in the home. Highly recommended. P.S. I asked him to look at an antique lamp that would not turn on and he took the time to fix it; he went above and beyond expectations.

My husband and I hate dealing with electrical issues...we're both pretty sure we're going to get electrocuted and die!! We attempted an easy swap out of a light switch and it was a bust! There was a popping noise at the receptacle and then the breaker wouldn't work and power on things!!! We called Roland and he came out quickly, replaced our switch and everything was working as it should!! Would call him again for any other issues in the future!!!

Be aware before using this service who claims to be professional remember this is electricity. It can claim lives and create fire in an instant. I meet with the owner J.R. (aka Rolland) for a breaker box upgrade in one unit of a 5 plex. First he needed to be paid in full before he started the job. "" its a standard in the industry"". That was a lie!! His work lasted (4) hours before the unit lost all electric. He then Performed an emergency fix to the outdoor (5) gang box using an old breaker that was not large enough for the load. By morning the out door main panel had been compromised Putting all (5) occupied dwelling at risk of fire. As well as unit (2) with no electricity. He stated he wouldn't do any more work at location. He kept $550 out of $1300 received. The balance was delivered from an unknown with no invoice. I had a professional come in to repair the incompetent work and additional problems created by CERTIFIED. J.R. (owner) then contacted the city claiming the work was now being performed without permits. He was wrong. No citations were issued. What kind of professional / person does this. Long story short don't use Certified Electric you very well could get burned
