Mike V.In my experience as the Treasurer of a Bay Area HOA this firm over promised and under deliverd. We paid for scheduled lighting audits that were incomplete and/or never performed, billing was frequently late (by as much as 4-months), getting a phone call returned or response via e-mail was like pulling teeth, and their ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues was so poor we ultimately had to bring in a different electrician to do the work they couldn't perform. They have some excellent employees - but as a company they didn't meet our requirements.
