Mike upgraded all the sub panels at my rental multi unit last month. He handled the job really well. He worked with the tenants and scheduled appointments based on their availability. We did have a few hiccups with the schedule but he kept me informed and was able to finish the work before the deadline. He did encounter some unknowns while doing the job but he absorbed the cost which is a huge deal for me. I had just purchased the property and was forced to update the panels by my new insurance. This was an expense I had not planned. Mike's quote were very reasonable. I'll work with him again on my next project.

Over 6 months since electrical work was done with no issues. 4k for the work on cable replacement to the main breaker box, sub-panel box upgrade with a proper grounding rod and grounding the outlets through the neutral (knob and tube wiring) in order to set up the house for a full upgrade of romex when the time comes. Expensive for half a days work but contractors just are now. A few hang-ups getting him out to the house but once the job was done I was very happy with the work.

I really liked Michael during his initial evaluation for installation of a Tesla Wall Connector. He seemed knowledgeable and was very amicable. He later forgot about our appointment and texted that we would have to reschedule due to illness. I still wanted to go with him, so I waited a few days. He never contacted me again despite my subsequent attempts to reschedule. Regardless, I hope that he is well and that illness is not the cause of his negligence.

I contacted Mike and other electrician he was first one to respond, and I needed some one quick he replaced my panel and doing so discover burnt wire , from there he decide to look in my electrical outlets . All panels wiring was taped with electrical tape and slowly burning. It was a mess. He fixed everything and found a solution to fix all wiring with out have to cost me a fortune, replaced all wiring and panel in garage. So it only cost me half a fortune . JK He's a good person and easy to work with . He will explain every detail to you. And let you know what he will be doing during the day. Thanks Mike , plus he's guarantee is e years!
