Cedar Park Electric is awesome.
Blake is so honest, personable, has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We were impressed with how knowledgeable he is and he is a true go getter. We had an electrical panel box replaced. Very quick and accurate. They are also fairly priced. We will definitely be using them again, and we would highly recommend Cedar Park Electric!

I called late morning about an exhaust fan that quit working. They were out by early afternoon and made a simple fix that took two minutes. He didn't charge me and even gave me advice on what to do if it quit in the future. What a pleasant surprise. I will definitely call them next time I have an electical need.

Was having trouble with my outdoor pool GFCI constantly popping. Called Johnny and he sent David out the next morning. David quickly diagnosed the problem as a worn out GFCI. Replaced the GFCI and the pump switch in no time! Very smooth, professional job! These guys know their stuff! Will not hesitate to call them for any electrical need I may have in the future!

I needed to replace a timer switch for my porch lights. I can normally do very simple electric work, but the new timer had 5 wires and very complicated instructions. Cedar Park Electric saves the day! We are about to have some landscaping work done, which includes low voltage lighting. Welp, the only exterior outlet was on the front porch, (hardly a place you want a transformer mounted, let alone deal with wires snaking along the ground before reaching the flower beds). With only 48 hours before work was to begin, the hunt for a company to punch out an interior outlet, (at a perfect spot on the front side of the house), to install an exterior was still on.

Over a dozen companies later, no one could help, even with a surcharge applied. Nada, zilch, zip. Their industry has been busy for a while, (which is awesome), but makes it hard to achieve fast results. Then, Cedar Park Electric was called. They were understanding, and said if we could be flexible with the show up time, then they could manage to get someone out to us the following day.

David did just that, and completed the task very quickly. What was likely seen as too small of a task by some companies meant everything to us for accomplishing our project. The costs were fair for the work and quick response, and we will not forget who was willing & able to squeeze us in the next time we need something done, (though hopefully with much better and advanced planning on our part for sure).

Highly recommend and we're highly appreciative.

Twice I have used these guys. Spoke to Johnny explained my problem. My Ring door bell video not workin. Spent hours with Ring. They told me to replace my transformer which I did not know existed. After weeks of speaking to handy man guys who told me it was a two hour job I called Cedar park electric. Johnny gave me an appointment the next day. David came over and replaced my door chime and transformer . One hour. It all works perfect. Ring connected by itself. Now I have a door bell with video again. Feel really happy. Unfortunately, another tradesman that says one thing and does another. I reached out to Johnny at Cedar Park Electric to install a track light and to fix a four gang switch bank. The initial call went well where we outlined what was needed. We agreed to an appointment where he indicated the repairs would be done. He didn't show up as scheduled. I called to get an eta and he started in about how busy he was but that he would come after his current visit. When they did arrive, there were two of electricians and they were not ready. They did a quick look at the two projects and started complaining about the amount of wiring in the four gang box as well as the heat in the attic for the wiring they would need to do there. Instead of starting the repair as agreed, he wanted to push us off a couple more days ""to pick up supplies"". They then left without doing anything. Maybe he's a good electrician and maybe not. Either way, that is not a way to run a business or treat your clients. I decided to go elsewhere for the service I needed.

I highly recommend you to call Johnny with Cedar Park Electric. Because
I had electrical issues in one room of my house. He and his partner arrived on time, spent an hour trying to figure out the problem. After an hour they were able to figure out the issue was up in the attic where covered wires had come undone. Once they fixed the problem, they charged me significantly below the cost other electricians quoted on the phone. At one point they even said they would not charge me if they could not find the problem or fix it. Even offered to connect me with another competitor who specialized in wall circuitry. That was not needed because they finally found the problem and fixed it.

Then the following week we purchased a new washer/dryer stackable set. The dryer was not heating properly due to the 220 output; the washer would also trip the breaker after 2 minutes. I knew who to call and I called Cedar Park Electric. They fit me in within a few days, arrived on time, fixed the problem by replacing the 220 outlet that had one bad socket and they also replaced wall sockets that were tripping the breakers. The work was quoted and they charged me as quoted.

Johnny and Terry came by and installed a new outlet on an existing circuit. Their work was solid, they were friendly and personable, and despite the difficulty of navigating the curved wall and its heavily redundant frame, they did the job surprisingly quickly. The price was fair, they were happy to explain the process, and gave me a very honest ""you probably don't want that"" when I asked about the difficulty of a second, unrelated wiring job.

I called Johnny yesterday, and they were here this morning. He kept me informed about when he'd be here, made sure I was comfortable with the price before the work began, and kept communication up through the whole process.

These are exactly the sort of professionals I appreciate most. I would recommend Cedar Park Electric wholeheartedly.
