I have lived part of the year in Orlando for many years now so I know a lot of the local players. These guys are consistent... Maybe not the least expensive... July 3rd, 7 pm we came home to a house without A/C, a dead security system, and no working cable boxes. I called 7 electrical contractors (all rated high on Angie's List, Google, and Yelp) and CDW was the only company to return my call. They were extremely busy and it was the night before the 4th of July. When they couldn't find an employee available, Wayne (the company Owner) took it upon himself to make the trip out to see us. He told us the rate in advance and immediately came out to evaluate our problem. He was sympathetic, friendly, and professional. He evaluated our problem and we couldn't be any more appreciative of his sacrifice so late at night on a Holiday weekend. He diagnosed our problem quickly and it turned out to be a power surge that took out our thermostats, security keypad, and cable boxes. Thanks Wayne for being the hardest working electrical contractor in Orlando.

I immediately put CDW stickers on both my electrical panels. From now on, they are the only contractor I will trust with my business.

After waking up to a house with half the power out, hearing the typical ""our side is OK"" from OUC and hoping there might be an easy fix with a hard start on our AC unit, Chris and the CDW team came to the rescue.

Chris scheduled us in as soon as possible. Tino arrived and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Wayne delivered the critical equipment to fix the problem. Parts and labor were quite reasonable and the guys were very professional.

I would recommend them to anyone having electrical problems they are comfortable or equipped to take care of themselves.

It's hard to give anything but one star to a company who you can't even get in contact with to do business. I left a message during business hours on Wednesday and also used their online contact submission without any returned communication from them.

The electrician was courteous and on time. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and showed me what the problem was with the breaker. He replaced only the problem breakers and did not try to tell me the whole panel needed replacing and therefore over charging me. The price was reasonable. I would recommend CDW to anyone needing electrical work. I will call them again.
