I had a two story chandelier installed today that required a lift. I ordered some bulbs on line and a half hour before found out they a commercial base on them so I ran back to Lowe's and bought 2 new boxes of bulbs only to find out during the install one of the boxes had the wrong collar size! The owner was so nice to call and have another box picked up and brought to the job. This was so appreciated especially after how frustrated I already was. They didn't even ask if I could do it and they're next job was delayed bc of me. In addition they were neat and very professional using much concern with my hard floors and the weight of the lift. Thank you so much!

Called to get someone out to give me an estimate for my project. Nobody answered the phone 25 minutes later I got a text back asking me to do their work take pictures of panels and inform them of electrical outputs and panel locations so they didn't have to do any work. Very unprofessional!

Was in need of some basic assistance replacing hardwired smoke alarms in my condo. After contacting a couple other electricians where I felt like I was being cornered in to unclear and expensive pricing, I headed to Yelp! Immediately, I encountered CDW which had great reviews and comments on reasonable pricing.

Upon calling to make an appointment, the team member was able to give me an idea of pricing, which was indeed fair, and get me scheduled for an appointment the following day.

Eddie assisted with my project and called to advise he was almost to my condo. He was actually 45 minutes early! I'm not sure if that was a mistake or they tend to arrive early, but for me it was appreciated! Eddie worked quickly and was friendly. The final price actually came in a little less than what I was told on the phone, based on how fast Eddie worked.

I would not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend CDW to others. An extremely positive experience!

Quick to respond and provided same day service which is why I give 3 stars. However problem was not resolved and I paid $100+ for nothing.
I asked them to stop as I could see it was going no'where and you could tell they weren't interested in continuing the work. It was a Friday afternoon and all one could say is I can be here for hours looking for the issue. Several personal phone calls were taken during the 1 1/2 hour visit.
Contacted another electric company, they located the bad outlet within 30 minutes, problem resolved.

I just had the pleasure of working with CDW to have a Nema 14-50 Outlet installed in time for me to receive my new Tesla! I e-mailed them for a quote and Jackie got back to me right away with the pricing for the outlet of for the HPWC if I wanted that. They let me send them pictures to confirm the price before having anyone come out, and I was able to get an electrician out the following week. There were multiple texts/e-mails confirming my appointment, and a text the morning of letting me know when the electrician would arrive. It was extremely nice to have this contact instead of not knowing if I would be waiting 10 minutes or 3 hours like other companies. The electrician, Eddie, arrived 15 minutes early, and within an hour had completed the install. I thought it would be a recessed outlet, but they installed an external box housing the outlet with conduit so no damage to the drywall. was necessary. I was thrilled with this outcome as the box is much sturdier than a recessed outlet and has a cover which will protect the outlet and people near it. Have been charging the new car the past few days and am getting the full 30 Miles per hour at 38 Amps, so the outlet works perfect. Highly recommend!

They sent someone named Eddie who was extremely foul-mouthed and disorganized. After an hour of this (the longest hour of my life) I sent him away because it was clear he could not get the job done. I hired another company and the person knew what to do and did the work properly.

I knew something was wrong when he arrived because he seemed much more interested in how much I was going to rent that house for than in doing the job he was hired to do. He wouldn't drop the subject and in fact he gave unsolicited advice about how much he thought it should rent for. Like I care.

Very prompt and professional! Sent me an email confirming the appointment and sent text messages the day of keeping me updated on the electricians status. He was running behind but I was kept in the loop. I got an email invoice when the project was done. Great customer service and the job was done right. Will use them again.
