There is no reason to receive multiple quotes from other companies. Just save your time and go with CYDD electric. Yesenia (project manager) was very responsive and provided me with all the details and contacts in a very timley manner. Carlos was very flexible with my schedule and finished the job in one day. He was very nice, professional, and extremely knowledgable in his field. Their estimate was unbeatable. They did a panel upgrade for me from 100 amps to 200. Carlos also hooked up a disconnect box and fed 3 lines for the range hood, dryer, and central ac unit. The cut on the panel was so clean that it did not cost much to repair for the stucco services. I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a panel upgrade, I'm saving you the time of having to do research and request for quotes. I took the time to research, write down all my questions, then used Yelp and ads to contact multiple electricians for a quote on my project.
I was looking to upgrade my old breakers and panel from 100 to 200 amps. My wire holders at the service drop was also deteriorating. My same request, pictures, and situation were communicated to many businesses. Some were rude, some didn't respond. As I narrowed down my choices, CYDD impressed me with their communication, knowledge, and time. They were patient and answered all my questions. They even worked around my schedule so that it could be installed during my reroof project.
They were extremely professional the entire time. Showed up on time and got the job done with no issues. Found out this is a small family run business. Carlos not only cares about his work, he cares about taking care of his customers. I highly recommend him for this type of work and am already asking him to do other electrical projects at my home.

CYDD Electric is clearly way over-capacity at this time. I had difficulty booking a small job (installation of a ceiling fan), finally received confirmation at 7 am for a 10 am appointment, appointment cancelled at 9:30 am because Carlos was too busy. After complaining, I was told not to come back for a make-up appointment. Take your business elsewhere, CYDD Electric is just too busy to bother with your petty, nothing job. They have more important things to do.

I can not thank the team at CYDD Electric enough. From the office staff that was promptly responsive to Carlos and his crew for not only showing up on time, but getting the job (several new circuits, conduit runs, switch install and ceiling fan install) done correctly/quickly/cleanly!
