A few days ago I get to work and all power to the reception area was dead. Big problem as one of the office servers is located there. The breaker was fried and wouldn't reset. I called C.C.I and then I strung several extension cords to temporarily get power to that area. They got to the office within an hour, replaced the breaker and then showed me what happened. Someone kicked out a spotlight in front of the building. It shorted and fried the breaker that also is for the reception area. They came back a couple of days later with the part for the floodlight and fixed it. Good job guys.

I'm not sure what some of these other people are talking about! These guys are great! Friendly, professional, pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest electrician.

C.C.I. has been and is my electrical -go-to-guys for over ten years now. I can't say enough good things about them. Someone drove through my office at 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon and they sent their lead man immediately (30 minutes). He stayed until We all had power back (10:00pm). Two guys came back on Saturday and tried to get fire alarm panel back up but it ended up waiting until Monday so they could get necessary parts. They do my fire alarm testing every year. I have an old system (older than the guy testing it) and it is repaired when needed. CCI has done some major electrical work for this apartment complex(138 units on 9 acres) getting us power to where we need it after the old wiring gives up or breaks from tree roots. As a manager I recommend them to everyone, other managers, friends, store managers, they are gr-r-r-reat.

I don't write many reviews, but this business has treated me so badly that I am taking the time to warn others so they don't waste their time. I recently bought a house with a gate installed by these people. This gate has no call button so I can't tell if someone is there. The previous owners said that they thought the infrastructure for a call button may have been installed but they weren't sure. I left three messages for them before someone finally returned my call. They said they are in my area all the time and would call back and let me know when they would stop by. 4 weeks have passed with no communication. I have now left three more unreturned messages. The last one asking them to please have the courtesy to at least return my call and tell me that they are too busy and refer me to someone else that they can at least fill in on the details of the system since they installed it. Of course, no response. Extremely unprofessional.

I called on a Saturday (not sure if they're open on weekends) and left a phone message. No reply. Called again the next Tuesday and left a phone message. Shortly after, I got two return phone calls, both leading me to think someone would be visiting that day. Now, almost two weeks later, not a word from them. I'm not sure how a contractor that eager to avoid business actually stays in business.
