Unless you appreciate having to fight over the bill with folks who don't take responsibility, go somewhere else. We used them first for our residential gate, which they couldn't figure out how to fix, so they kept replacing parts that didn't need it and tinkering with things that didn't help. They eventually figured out what it was (which should have been obvious to a pro), but not before charging us labor, parts, AND the per-visit charge for all their failed attempts.

We then made the mistake of using them one more time, for a simple installation. They brought a ladder that didn't fit thru the door and ripped off a door jam before going back to the ship for another one. The next thing we heard, the installer told his boss that we had told them not to worry about the damaging anything with the ladder (as if). Next, the boss sent us a bill that included the time it took them to drive back to the shop for the ladder they forgot to bring the first place!

Sorry, just not nearly good enough.
