I can't say enough good things about Cesar and the service he provided. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was willing to work an odd hour and showed up exactly on time. I tried for two days to troubleshoot and fix a problem with a GFCI breaker and power line myself, with no luck. I was pretty much resigned to needing a whole new run to the panel, and due to location and distance, it would have costed thousands. But Cesar was methodical in his approach, and he found the short and was able to repair it without having to bring in a new line. I was obviously ecstatic with that result!
