They accommodated our request almost immediately and didn't even charge us for the part where no real repair was required!

Thank you Keith, Stephen, and Bridget for an excellent job. We moved to CS from Germany and had several delicate, heavy, hand blown glass Italian chandeliers to mount in our home. Keith and Stephen first obtained the correct parts to convert the lamps to US specifications. They arrived punctually and CAREFULLY and quickly mounted all chandeliers to my wife's satisfaction. They left no debris behind. Bridget was easy to contact, pleasant to speak with, and answered all questions concerning parts orders and work scheduling. I will definitely use this firm again!

I wish I could give more stars! This is an awesome company! I will never hesitate to call them. I needed a ceiling fan replaced with my home warranty. John told me when he came out it would have to be replaced and let me know the company had to put in a builder's grade but I had the option to have the warranty company give me the cash. It is so refreshing to deal with an honest company and people who do what is right the first time! Bridget did the scheduling and she could not have been nicer! John and Keith are the electricians I worked with and they know what they are doing. I can't imagine anyone in town or anywhere being any better than this company! These guys are awesome!! They came out when we had to use our home warranty for a busted attic fan. The first company that came out refused to fix it and complained it was too high and too hard to reach. Not with this company, they ordered the new fan, and we had them quote installing two new chandeliers in our entry and replacing the canned/recessed lighting that was currently installed. Their quote was very reasonable, and they put in extra effort. One of the chandeliers had become damaged in shipping, and in fact, the wires had been cut in half. They took the time to re run the wires and fix what was damaged. Their installation was impeccable. We couldn't be more pleased. We've asked them to do a few more things for us because of how well we were treated, and because of the quality. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone!
