I took a chance and chose a company based on reviews alone instead of asking around for a recommendation on electricians in the area for a job needed at my house. I can tell you without a shadow of doubt that the other 5-star ratings and testimonials for CC are spot on! They showed up on time, were very friendly and courteous, and they did the job (and only the necessary work needed) in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Megan was very friendly over the phone, and both Woody and his co-worker were very professional. It's very reassuring to know that there are still very honest, reliable businesses in this town for this type of work, and I will use CC Electric for life!

I never write reviews, but this experience forced me to create a yelp account and write the review to help other people avoid the experience I had and save on time wasted.

I had requested a quote for a couple of options I was looking at when setting up an EV charger circuit in my garage.

The owner came out the next day and looked at what was required and sent me a quote for both options 60A v 100A circuit. The 100A quote was double the 60A so I asked him to provide details on the items required so maybe we could skip some of the add-ons. He got defensive and told me he would call back the next business day after the weekend.

I tried reaching him on Monday and Tuesday but he did not respond back, I finally called their front desk where the lady on the phone told me that he wanted to back-out of the job for no apparent reason.

He did not have the common courtesy to let me know and relayed this through the lady. What kind of professionalism is this? Are they running a business or a daycare?

Don't waste your time with this company and instead look for a competent one who are professional, have the skills and are actually willing to work.

There is absolutely no provider that will service your home and fix your problems or diagnose them better than CC! The staff is incredibly kind, efficient and understanding of your need and urgency. They accommodated our request almost immediately and didn't even charge us for the part where no real repair was required!

VERY content with service! Mr. Keith was very helpful and courteous on the phone. Mr. Stephen arrived in a flash to determine the issue (that was relatively minor). Thank you Keith, Stephen, and Bridget for an excellent job. We moved to CS from Germany and had several delicate, heavy, hand blown glass Italian chandeliers to mount in our home. Keith and Stephen first obtained the correct parts to convert the lamps to US specifications. They arrived punctually and CAREFULLY and quickly mounted all chandeliers to my wife's satisfaction. They left no debris behind. Bridget was easy to contact, pleasant to speak with, and answered all questions concerning parts orders and work scheduling. I will definitely use this firm again!
