SUPER pretentious people and the store is absolutely nothing special. Won't be back. Two ladies in the front were distant and not at all interested in helping me with my broken chandelier problem. Guys in the back were busy but answered a few questions. The shop was shabby chic at best, unimpressive, and the level of pretentiousness was a complete turn off. Don't waste your time here.

We had a salesman come in to our shop in Louisiana. We asked if they did LED bulbs for signs and he said yes. We paid $1264.99 for the bulbs. The salesman found an electric company to put the bulbs in for $850.00. He stated he used the electric company before and he trusted them. So the job and all billing went through Titan Led. The bulbs were one sided bulbs and they installed them with every other bulb turned the opposite way. It looked like we had bulbs out all in our sign. Also the electric company did damage to our sign and also hit our building. Over $5000.00 worth of damage including the sign looks like crap. Then we found a true Led sign company that sold 2 sided Led sign bulbs. We had to hire a sign company to go in and take out the crap done by the other company and replace all the bulbs. The sign company found that the bulbs didn't even fit and the electric company had taped pvc pipe to the ends of the bulbs to make them long enough. While the bulbs were being installed originally by Shreveport Electric, there was a representative of Titan Led here the whole time. I guess they only care about the sale and not the finished product.
