THE BEST IN THE VALLEY!! AFFORDABLE I a hundred percent recommend them. They are for the customer not the money . They aren't like other ac companies who try to sell you a whole ac unit or say you need one . And they don't over charge . They really try to work with you about pricing and flexibility. Had my AC serviced and checked out making sure it's good for the summer an we were helped out with excellent customer service from Cavanaugh Electric and AC staff!
I Highly recommend this company for any work. Honest good people Maryanne was pleasant and very helpful setting up my service call and Electrical/AC tech Alex was on the scene just as promised with great service! Thank you Cavanaugh and whole staff!
Now I'm ready for summer!

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!! Technician1 Shame on you made Maryanne look bad Its not her fault she has a bad help around her , She has always responded back and coordinated any issues over phone that she could . We have used them on many occasions but there techs seem to be more in hurry to leave , That is not customer service !!!! Example they could have explained issues that with the thermostats that not all people know how to set a thermostat especially a digital one such as the time and date and the programmable feature which could have taken 5 minutes of there time and avoided any future issues but of course There thinking is come back in a few months and it will be an easy fix and another charge. I highly recommended that you do not use them , There lack of honesty!!! I wil be filing a complaint with State contractors board Hopefully this gets them back on track !!! The issue the elderly or anyone with a family. They do not know how to program feature which can be changed by accident when adjusting temperature on a thermostat ,Which will cause the unit not to kick in the compressor and cycle thru and sometime cause other expensive damaged to unit which could have could have been avoided!!!!! 5 minutes of there time show them and save themselves another trip back and not have any families waiting on Tech on a 120 degree weather with no AC !!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Let me start with the voice on the phone at initial contact.
Her name is Maryanne. I phoned her up literally minutes after I alerted FHW that my air cond was out.
Although Marianne didn't even have the request yet, she was not annoyed but pleasant and explained as soon as she receives the w/o she will call me back to schedule appointment. She seemed sincerely concerned for me as it was 120% that week.

As promised she called me in the next couple hours and even allowed me to speak directly to the tech so I could explain what the trouble was and thus he could be prepared.

After speaking with the tech, I called Maryanne back to thank her for her pleasant customer service. She is exceptional and I hope her boss treats her like gold.

Now on to Anthony. He showed up as planned on the day he promised with all the proper parts.
The most courteous and knowledgeable tech I've ever had the pleasure.
(Believe me, I've seen a lot since my air goes out every yr)
He not only repaired the unit with a good attitude but explained everything he was doing and what the parts function was in the cooling process.
I feel certain that the issues have been fixed properly this time and will share his bus card with anyone who needs air cond service.
I am a real estate broker and I know what customer service should ""look"" like.
This company will not disappoint!

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!! Technician # 1 on 5/11/17 took 6 hours to get here, my air conditioner stopped working and it was very hot in my condo. He took the front panel off and the top part off and right away knew I needed a new condenser, He left everything on the ground and said even if they didn't have one at the shop, he would be back to put everything back in it's place. The shop was maybe 15 minutes away, he called to say he had to order the part and never came back! The office manager is extremely RUDE and acts like you are bothering her if you call ! Tech #1 was here for about 20 min.I was charged over 100 for labor, he didn't do much ! I waited all day , no courtesy calls from anybody! Finally at 3:30, I called the office and got a very sarcastic answer and she hung up on me and about 40 minutes later; Tech # 2 showed up was here for 20 minutes and again when I got my bill a couple of days ago, I was charged 100.00 for his time!!!! OUTRAGEOUS ! I watched him work and it was a quick job!!!!

A man come out to replace a blown fuse. He took the AC unit apart, told me it had to be replaced, and then left. Now it works WORSE that it did before and has a TERRIBLE rattle that buzzes through the whole house. I wish I never called to begin with.
