Caulder is doing the high voltage for my new media room, and I could not be happier with the work.

Seems like all the electricians and plumbers I've come across lately are tweakers. Or at least look like tweakers. Caulder employees are neat, clean, trustworthy, and super easy to communicate with.

We had Derek and friends over for a panel upgrade a couple years ago. They worked quick, cleanly and did a fantastic job. Fast forward a couple years ... I ran into some confusing wiring during a kitchen remodel which led me to believe his crew may have made a mistake. His sense of urgency to double check his work was so appreciated. There was not a mistake and despite (in my opinion) wasting his time for a nonissue he was very kind and took even more time helping me understand what I needed to do in my kitchen to ensure my family remained safe in our home. It is rare for anyone to exceed my expectations when working on my 105 historic home. Derek did. He showed up on time, even when traveling a distance. His estimate for the work he performed was not only reasonable, but what I paid was exactly what he told me I would before the work began. Derek's work was detailed and he left the work area neat when done. I would absolutely use him again and I have already recommended him to my friends.
