Awesome job by Michael from Castro Valley Electrical! I was looking to install a wired network in a multi-story home and my HOA provided me with Castro Valley Electrical's number as they have called on them for a variety of electrical work throughout the association.
Michael was knowledgeable and professional. When I discussed my initial ideas/plans for the project, Michael made helpful suggestions on how best to proceed with the project. He was able to exceed my expectations with the attention to detail and quality of work. Even my Ethernet wiring contractor mentioned how he was amazed by Michael's quality of work.

Well, there seem to be some great reviews. The main page of their web site (linked here) simply says, ""COMING SOON."" And yet I was able to find some pages on their site.

My biggest problem at the moment is I can't seem to reach anyone, nor are messages returned. Sadly I'm in a position (HOA) where they are the preferred vendor. So I'm just wondering if anyone has tips on how to get them to respond, even when we're a captive audience. Thanks!

Thanks to Michael, who was very helpful and friendly. I had a circuit breaker that was tripped and I could not reset it. After calling numerous electricians with no replies, Michael called me back and went over the issue over the phone and was able to walk me through resetting the breaker.

Thanks again for the helpful solution to my problem. I'll be calling CV Electrical for all of my electrical issues and maintenance.
