Cassy Electric was founded in 2000, originating from the trunk of a Ford Escort owned by Cassandra Brayboy. Having relocated to South Carolina from New York City, Cassandra wanted to carry on her profession as an electrician. She partnered with various electrical companies in the region and simultaneously ran Cassy Electric part-time. Starting with tasks as basic as installing ceiling fans for church members and neighbors, Cassandra identified the opportunity for growth in her business. In 2015, she made the decision to retire from her full-time job and focused entirely on her business. Today, Cassy Electric, LLC boasts a varied customer base, including many general contractors who engage with hundreds of clients. The services offered by Cassy Electric include the installation and repair of lighting, new ceiling fan installations, overhead lighting, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors, circuit breaker and fuse repairs, wiring and rewiring services, electrical panel setups, and exhaust fan installations.

Cassy Electric came out and gave us a thorough quote that was lower than previous quotes we had received. We got scheduled pretty quickly and had a text reminder the day before. The day of, 3 qualified electricians came and were able to handle the big job of rewiring and replacing outlets. Draco, Antonio, and Luis were very polite and explained the work, making sure my needs were met. They communicated throughout the process and cleaned up when the job was completed. Highly recommend!
