Cassel is a conman. Paid him $1300 check as a downpayment to complete a job but he never attempted to do it. I asked for a refund and he wrote a check which didn't have funds when I attempted to deposit it. It's now over 2 months and I haven't gotten my $1300 back. He has given me a bad check and he keeps saying he will bring back my money in cash everyday but I haven't seen even a dime after almost a month. I have filed a police report on him and filed a complaint with Texas department of licensing and regulation (tdlr). Please avoid this company at all costs.

Very respectable person with great service. I worried that I would get someone who might come out to fix my light fixture issue and might not be able to properly resolve the problem but still would charge me all the same. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged if the problem wasn't resolved. I really believe in that kind of work ethic.

Fortunately it was resolved and while it took just a little over an hour, I wasn't charged extra. Speedy, honest, quality service.. who could ask for more?
