Kristi L.Overcharged by sending 2 men to do a 1-man job. Was never informed they were sending 2 men at a rate of $180.00 per hour. I didn't need 2 men. Cost or number of workers was NEVER discussed. I was also charged with 30 min drive time & I only live maybe 7-8 miles from there. NEVER EVER HAS IT TAKEN 30 MIN TO DRIVE THIS ROUTE. I probably paid for a stop at the store or maybe even a breakfast stop. Owner not interested in making things right or fair. Office staff not taking responsibility for lack of communication. AVOID THIS HEADACHE!!!
