We used Casey Electric to have our Generac whole house generator installed. Adam and Tommy did an exceptional job, were extremely detail oriented and we were very pleased with their work. The office and management is very responsive via e-mail, text message and phone. I had an lightning electrical surge that took out the control board on my Generac whole house generator. It happened also last year and was isolated to the control board. I called Casey's requesting they come out to replace the control board. Two techs showed up, and instead of replacing the control board immediately, they spent 2.5 hours troubling shooting the problem before agreeing that the control board was bad. They replaced the control board - charged $665.00 for a control board that sells for $472 on line. The labor was $260.00 which also paid for the 2nd tech who merely handle tools to the 1st tech. Total biill was over $945.00 for what should have been less than $550.00. Bad choice for service....
