Called Case Electric to have a rep come and give me an estimate on installing a Generac whole house generator. Arrived on a Thursday, on time, was very informative and knowledgeable about the work, took photos/measurements and told me I would receive an estimate on the following Monday. Have not received any info as of yet, 1 week after his evaluation of the job, and after 2 phone calls to Case I have yet to hear anything.
Still scratching my head as to why they would blow me off and not even return my calls. Possibly I could change this review if there was a valid reason for them wasting both our time.
