Cory Lyles was a great tech. Such a pleasant person to have in the house. Ontime, and very nice. I really appreciate how fast I got on the schedule. I had never used Carter Services but will from now on.
We used to love Carter services but will have to move on. I had a service call recently and was so disappointed in the cost. They do great work and have used them several times and I had not been left questioning until now. The ""standard area trip fee"" was $98. Okay, fine. Then, my invoice showed an additional $60 for a ""pre-estimate or analysis"" fee? Apparently they now have a membership which is a $20-$40 monthly fee that excludes the extra $60 if you are a member. We haven't had to call them in about a year so this was new to me. IMO a complete rip off. On top of this, I had a second opinion come in as the repair quote seemed quite pricey and my husband was not convinced of the confidence the technician exuded in the repair needed. The second opinion, (also a highly reputable company we've used) quoted us at least $300 LESS and up to $800 depending on what they saw upon opening up my appliance and this is without knowing that they were even the second opinion!
Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste and we will have to say goodbye to Carter Services.
Winson Lo was amazing. Above and beyond service. Cleaned behind the oven inside the oven on top of repairing what needed to be fixed. Mr. was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Andres came out the same day and quickly diagnosed my stoppage issue. He came with all the necessary equipment to clear my plumbing stoppage that made my one bathroom unusable. What a relief!! Thank you Carter Services and Andres for a professional job. You are my go to company!

Bria S.We've used Carter Services for years and they never disappoint, they are communicative, professional, and respectful of my tenants, the units and the appliances. They can be a bit pricey, but the peace of mind that they know what they are doing is priceless. We had them go out looking for at a dryer that wasn't heating up- they called explained the issues and fixed the issue same day. They even sent me an explanation of the issue so I can forward to our installer. We will use them again, and for years to come.
