We had a recent refrigerator failure which was fixed in a very timely manner with a very quick response to a service call and when the part arrived , was placed earlier than estimated and very-effectively. The technician, Jerry Fisher was very easy to deal with. We have used Carter services for many years and have never had anything but excellent quality service.

Cory was absolutely wonderful. Took a look at what was going on with my washer and was Frank and honest that it would be more expensive probably to fix my machine then to just buy a new one and I really appreciate that kind of professional advice instead of trying to just see how much money you can get out of me and leaving me with a problem. This is why I have used Carter's. This is why I recommend Carter's. I used to work at the Home Depot appliance center. We only recommended Carter's so there you go.

Reached out to Carter Services for my LG laundry washer for a water leak. They got me an appointment that same day, sent out technician Corey Lyles who was great! Ordered a part less than two weeks Corey came back and although it didn't fix the issue due to a separate crack on the washer Corey still took his time and was able to identify the issue. Showed my husband and I the crack. Corey knows hi stuff, cleaned the area and put everything back in place. I highly recommend this company and technician Corey and reasonable pricing.

It was a surprising experience, in the very best way. Sunday morning and no hot water. Misery! I called their answering service and received a call back from the company within 10 minutes. They promised to send a technician who would likely arrive at 11:00 a.m. . Another pleasant surprise. And as promised Miguel Rodriguez showed up a little before 11:00. He identified what turned out to be a simple problem, at least this time but also kindly explained what had happened and what we could plan for future replacement of our tankless water heater. All in all it was quite worth the Sunday premium payment for service.

Called to have microwave door replaced. Office said they knew model and serial. Had us take photos. I advised the office to check for part availability prior to the visit. This was not done (? Tech refused). Tech arrived. Was about to check the website for parts at Whirlpool. I told him I had checked-""unavailable"". He said "" then it's impossible, I will not charge for the visit"". He left.

Basically wasted his and our time. At least they got no money.
