My AC decided to die on me at the worst time. Summer had just started and I was coming home to a house that was 86°F. Carter Services was great with getting me in quickly. They sent Chris to come assess the issue and luckily he was able to fix it on the spot. I was happy to know that they carry common parts with them, so I wouldn't have to wait the whole day to get it fixed or make another appointment. They arrived on time and it took less than an hour to fix it. Carter service also offered great customer service. They sent me reminders for my appointment and if I had questions, I was able to get a hold of someone right away.
